Writing:

Writing this week is using a video as inspiration. Today you are finishing your comic strips by adding captions and thought bubbles.

Reading:

We understand that comprehensions get boring when you've been doing them all year. So instead please use your 30 minutes to enjoy reading and complete some of the activities suggested on the Reading Tasks document. Take your time over them, each one could take a few days. You dont have to do them all - pick and choose what you fancy. 

Maths:

For the first part of your maths today you have a mental maths quiz.  If you want to look at the method again before taking the quiz, take a look at one of the Powerpoints from the previous four days.  Good luck!

We are also completing some retrieval practice for the main part of our maths session.  I have included some 'SATs style' questions all in one document, which are all based on the work from this week.  It has not been split into green, yellow and red and you will all be tackling the same challenge.  Good luck and if you want to do some quick revision then please feel free to look back over the Powerpoints from this week before tackling the work. Enjoy!

You've done so much SPaG now; we know you've got it! So over the next few weeks we would like you to create a revision document/presentation/book(or whatever you fancy) to collate everything you've learnt. Read the SPaG document for more information.
