Worry
It is normal for children, as they grow, to experience worry. Worry can be helpful, as it encourages us to anticipate and plan for possibilities; sustained worry, however, can impact our wellbeing.
There is much we can do to reassure children and support them in managing their worries, and these skills are beneficial throughout life.
