Hi Year 3,

We hope you've had a great weekend. 

This week your project is focused on your transition project. We want to celebrate all your amazing (and a bit different!) year and get ready for Year 4. There are some exciting videos for you to watch and some tasks to do each day. Download the transition document for all your information and links to the videos.
